Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to everyone who joins the Zoospot affiliate program. Zoospot (zoospot.nl) is run by Artem Vinnikov, Assendelft, the Netherlands (KVK 93283334). By joining the program you agree to these terms.

1. How it works

You get a personal referral link and/or discount code. When a customer buys on zoospot.nl within 30 days after clicking your link, or with your personal code, you earn a commission on that order. The standard commission is 10%; your rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard. We may change rates for future orders; we will let you know by email.

2. Which orders count

An order earns commission when it is tracked to your link or code, paid by the customer and shipped. Commission is calculated on the order amount after discounts, without shipping costs.

No commission is paid on:

  • orders that are cancelled, returned or refunded, in full or in part;
  • your own orders, or orders placed for you, your family or friends through your link or code;
  • orders placed for resale;
  • orders that come from fraud or from breaking these terms.

If an order is returned or refunded after the commission was already paid, we deduct that commission from your next payout.

3. Payouts

  • Orders from the last 14 days of a month are paid with the next month's payout, so the return period can end first.
  • We pay between the 1st and 5th of each month, in euros, for the previous month's approved commissions.
  • The minimum payout is €20. Below that, your balance moves to the next month.
  • We pay by SEPA bank transfer to the bank account you set in your affiliate dashboard. Please keep your details correct.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes on the commissions you receive.

4. How you may promote Zoospot

Please promote Zoospot honestly and in your own words. Clearly mark your posts as advertising or a paid partnership where the law or the platform requires it (for example #ad or #advertentie).

You may not:

  • post your code on coupon, deal or cashback websites, forums or browser extensions;
  • bid on "Zoospot" or similar terms in Google, Bing or other paid search ads;
  • use spam, fake reviews or misleading claims about our products;
  • say or suggest that a product is "approved" or endorsed by an airline, or use airline names or logos in your content in a way that suggests a partnership;
  • use the Zoospot name or logo in your own domain name or social media account name.

5. Ending the partnership

You or we can end the partnership at any time by email. If you break these terms, we may hold back or cancel unpaid commissions related to that. Approved commissions earned honestly before the end are still paid.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms. We will email you about important changes; if you keep promoting Zoospot after that, you accept the new version. Dutch law applies to these terms.
