Return is free for NL, BE, LU. For other countries, return is paid.

• Send us an email with the subject "Return". Indicate in it:
  1. the reason for the return;
  2. the order number;
  3. the email you used to place the order.
• In response, you will receive instructions for returning and a return label from us.

Once we receive the item back, we will refund the money to the account you paid for within 5 business days.

If you want to exchange an item for a different colour or size, you can ONLY return it through the above step-by-step plan and re-order the desired items.
