If you're not 100% happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days. If something arrived wrong or defective, we'll cover the return shipping ourselves.
If you simply changed your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You're free to use any courier service of your choice to send the item back to us. We only refund the price of the goods — shipping costs already paid are not reimbursed.
If something went wrong on our end, you shouldn't have to pay for it.
If you received a product with a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item (for example due to a mistake in our product description or order processing), we will provide a free return shipping label — at no cost to you.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can sort this out together — our goal is always that you stay a happy Zoospot customer.
Once we receive the item back, we'll refund the money to the account you paid with within 5 business days.
