If you want to return your items, you can do so within 14 days. These 14 days begin on the day your order is delivered.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are free to use any courier service of your choice to send the item back to us.

If you have received the wrong product or a product with a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact our customer service.

The refund is only the price of the goods you are returning. We do not reimburse shipping costs if they have already been paid.

• Send us an email with the subject line "Returns." Please include:
  1. the reason for the return;
  2. the order number;
  3. the email address you used to place the order.
• We will then send you Return Instructions.

Once we receive the item back, we will refund the money to the account you paid for within 5 business days.
