Use and care

  • Mat: take it out, hand wash in lukewarm water, air dry
  • Small stains: dab with lukewarm water and mild soap
  • Whole carrier: hand wash, no bleach, no tumble dryer

Let your pet get used to it at home

Don't let your pet see the carrier for the first time at the airport.

1 to 2 weeks before: leave it open in the room with a familiar blanket and the odd treat. Then close it a few times and do a lap around the house.

Also practise with it not expanded: that's how it sits on the plane.
