The Lyra is an expandable pet carrier for your cat or small dog on a plane. At standard size it is 45 x 35 x 25 cm, sized for Iberia cabin rules.
It expands on three sides: extra room on the left, on the right and on top. Your pet can stretch out, and four curtains keep it calm.

This Lyra is bigger than our first one and made especially for Iberia. It has four curtains and four entrances, so your pet can look in or out from every side.

The safety strap is adjustable and has a metal carabiner. Clip it to your pet's harness.

Expanded it is wider and taller: only outside the plane, at the gate, in the car or in your hotel. Zip the sides and the roof shut again before boarding.

All you need is a tape measure. Measure your pet while it stands calmly. On the plane the carrier is not expanded, so your pet must fit lying down in 45 x 35 cm, with a height of 25 cm.

Clip the zips together with a buckle, so your pet cannot push them open.
Curtain down: dark and calm, handy when your pet wants to sleep.
Do not show your pet the carrier for the first time at the airport.
1 to 2 weeks before: put it down open, expanded on all sides, with a familiar blanket and the occasional treat. Then close it a few times and take a walk around the house.
